We thought of him as a valued consultant rather than a salesman. He also displayed initiative and anticipation in addressing all of our concerns. Equally impressive were Aladdin, who came up with the perfect lease for our specific situation, and Hamid, the finance manager, who made the normally boring and stressful financial closing not only pleasant, but extremely comfortable. These fine professionals reflect great credit on a dealership that seems to care more about pleased and satisfied customers than it does about maximizing profit. In our experience, this “customer first” attitude is sometimes preached but rarely practiced by automobile retailers. Alan Webb has found the right formula. Give him a try! More
