Just completed the 40,000 mile service on my 2018 Murano ...as usual, everything was done as required, and on time. This place is a joke. Took over a month to get my vehicle back. Poor employees. Kira tried telling my vehicle wasn't even there on day 3 and can never give you more than " Took over a month to get my vehicle back. Poor employees. Kira tried telling my vehicle wasn't even there on day 3 and can never give you more than "someone will call you back" which they never do. Adam couldn't be reached and is the service manager for 2 weeks and his excuse was simply to busy. If I'm paying you to work on my vehicle I expect a call back within a day being reasonable. But no response in two weeks is ridiculous. They go out of there way to screw you out of warranty and ignore phone calls. Literally find anywhere to go besides this place if you want to save yourself a headache. And icing on the cake got my pickup back with new lights on my dash that were never there before and a nice scuffed tire. More

After some body work, my camera system has distorted the imagery so badly that it is completely useless. I took it in to Alan Webb and after keeping my car for a week they pretty much said they detected n imagery so badly that it is completely useless. I took it in to Alan Webb and after keeping my car for a week they pretty much said they detected no errors in the system so my cameras are fine. I have since taken it to a bigger, more experienced dealership to have it fixed properly. I was never able to get through to the service department on the phone and they never returned my voicemails. Communication was terrible. I left a bad review regarding their communication and got an email from the service manager within an hour. More

I would Recommend because did help me get into a vehicle and made it easier then other dealerships I delt with.
