Mazda of Roswell is a very customer centric group, with all employees working to ensure we (the customer) gets the best experience. They are willing to work with us on options, financing, upfront with loya all employees working to ensure we (the customer) gets the best experience. They are willing to work with us on options, financing, upfront with loyalty discounts and trade-ins. We had a small mix-up with the order, but all the team members of the dealership went above and beyond to correct it quickly and make us 'more than whole'. We feel like an extended family at this dealership, something I have never felt in any dealership before. They are also very digitally savvy and leverage digital tools extensively (comms, contract, signing etc). I would seriously recommend this dealership for your family needs. More

We are lucky to have stumbled on this dealership, I wouldn’t do business with any other. Helpful staff that actually care about your needs and help you find the right vehicle and make a good deal. wouldn’t do business with any other. Helpful staff that actually care about your needs and help you find the right vehicle and make a good deal. Chase was our rep and he was patient, knowledgeable, and his passion shone through. He was a true expert who explained every feature carefully, and he knew a lot about them from his prior role as a mechanic. We felt safe and really trusted him. Working with Chase made the deal for us, as we had been to other dealerships and had terrible experiences with reps. As a woman, I experienced reps at other dealerships who wouldn’t even introduce themselves to me or acknowledge me, to a completely different experience of being respected and valued at Mazda of Roswell. I did not feel lied to or taken advantage of in any way. We will be back to Mazda of Roswell for our next car purchases!! More

I'm not the first person to review this crook for tricking people into putting a 1k deposit down and then promised an earlier delivery date than what they actually know/don't actually communicate to tricking people into putting a 1k deposit down and then promised an earlier delivery date than what they actually know/don't actually communicate to you. Refusing my refund and calling my wife and I a liar even though he can't produce a single document saying I agreed to that late of a date. This isn't even a car that I ordered. They just suggested a vehicle that wasn't even advertised yet and rushed me to put a 1k deposit down and noted I can get it back if I don't like it. Already reported to BBB and now Georgia Consumer Protection Division. You'll see other victims on yelp. More
