Just purchased a 2017 Miata there on 4/20, David Preuss was the sales associates who guided me and my wife through the whole process. I didn’t feel pressured, or nickel and dimed once. If I needed another car I’d certainly reach out to him again. The car was in great shape and they were able to accommodate all my requests. 10/10 experience. All other staff members were great too. Shout out to basil the finance associate, Anthony the manager, the tall funny guy, and the other three people I had great interactions with talking about how cool the car was. More

Roswell Mazda location is clean and inviting. Associates are friendly. I brought my CX-9 in for routine service and had no plans on test driving any cars. Ron approached me as I was walking in to pick up my car. He was very friendly and had a contagious smile and was not pushy. I ended up test driving the Mazda 3 and the Miata. Ron did a great job of explaining the features of both cars. I will definitely be returning to Roswell Mazda to purchase a Miata stick shift from Ron when the time is right. Thank you Ron! More

I had a great experience today purchasing my CX5 from Mazda of Roswell. My salesman Jason could not have been more helpful. We were promised a price for a service that was not provided. Instead of being truthful that they had not fixed the issue and given us the other "as is" price promised, they took our money and did not provided. We reached out to our sales guy multiple times to address this and nothing has been done to right this wrong. More

Dealership was good and well maintained. We went on a weekend, so it was busy but we didn't have to wait long to get help. Chase was the rep we worked with. I had been to a Toyota and Honda dealership before this and was annoyed with their process. The salesmen were pushy and not listening to what I wanted. It was clear they wanted a sale and quickly. They couldn't care less about helping make an informed decision. Mazda and especially Chase were a breath of fresh air. Chase listened to what we were looking for and was not pushing for an immediate sale when I said we'd need some time to consider options. He was very enthusiastic about Mazda and the brand, and knew their cars' features well due to his background as a mechanic. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us our best options. It was great to have someone helping you through the process and making sure you're making a good decision. I can confidently say Chase is the reason I got a Mazda. Had it not been for his customer service and enthusiasm about Mazda, I'd probably be in a Honda (I've been a Honda driver the past 15 years). Chase is a great salesman and id recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Anthony the manager and Louis in finance were also a pleasure. Louis was persuasive and was really making a good case for why you might need the extended warranty. We ultimately declined it but got other options, and he was respectful and helpful in helping us make our decision. My only minor gripe was in the negotiation process with our trade in. The offer seemed a bit low. Overall I'm happy with the decision to buy from this dealership. Chase went above and beyond and the rest of the dealership was great to work with. More

We are lucky to have stumbled on this dealership, I wouldn’t do business with any other. Helpful staff that actually care about your needs and help you find the right vehicle and make a good deal. wouldn’t do business with any other. Helpful staff that actually care about your needs and help you find the right vehicle and make a good deal. Chase was our rep and he was patient, knowledgeable, and his passion shone through. He was a true expert who explained every feature carefully, and he knew a lot about them from his prior role as a mechanic. We felt safe and really trusted him. Working with Chase made the deal for us, as we had been to other dealerships and had terrible experiences with reps. As a woman, I experienced reps at other dealerships who wouldn’t even introduce themselves to me or acknowledge me, to a completely different experience of being respected and valued at Mazda of Roswell. I did not feel lied to or taken advantage of in any way. We will be back to Mazda of Roswell for our next car purchases!! More
