I ran into a bit of an urgent situation with my 14-day new Kia Seltos on a Friday evening. I had driven through a construction zone and picked up a nail in my tire. As I had purchased the 1-year Kia tire warranty on the vehicle, I returned home and placed a call to my sales rep, Andrea, at Turpin Kia, where I leased my vehicle. She not only confirmed the details of the warranty, but connected me with Ashley, who arranged pick up, repair and drop off of the tire to my home within 48 hours. After 15 years of buying (3)/leasing (1) vehicles from other Kia dealers in the area, I could not be happier with the service I'm receiving from Turpin. They can consider me a loyal customer, who has already recommended them to anyone looking for a vehicle. 100% worth the short drive to Carleton Place!

Had taken Rogue for free brake inspection April 16. Rear brakes needed urgent servicing. Service department estimated 1.5 hours to complete work. Vehicle was ready at the exact estimated time. Also honoured 15 % coupon sent to my email. Friendly and professional. Allowed my epileptic dog whom cannot be left home inside premises which reduced anxiety. Vehicle was fixed and also exterior was thoroughly washed. This is a substantial improvement from one of the previous servicing two years ago when a different service advisor lied saying that my wife’s Infiniti EX35 2008 had a leak in the steering column and costs to replace would not be worth it for the car of this age and also hinted it should be sold. So for two years I monitored my wife’s vehicle, inspecting for leaks and the brake fluid level and not ONE drop of brake fluid leakage was detected (please advise if the service receipt is required by Nissan for review which states the purported leak). To this day, my wife’s car drives impeccably. As a result, I refrained from using this dealership for oil changes and seasonal tire swaps for past two years. This most recent service was a welcome improvement to the past services during which I have had to wait extended time for simple oil changes and tire swaps. Here is an example where a technician can drain the oil while changing the tires and save time and save a client money and give an incentive for repeat visits. Thank you and keep it up. Two suggestions for client service improvement is to take in the vehicle into the garage within 5 - 7 minutes of key handover, and deliver services by the promised time, and time spent should be appropriate to the nature of the work performed.

I had a short appointment with Omar to help me to rest the applications for Lexus after first Maintenance of the car . Unfortunate after first maintenance both application did not work for me second driver . One application was complete re-set, the main application for Lexus is a challenge to re-set the second driver . Still is not working correct for the second driver. Omar spend a lot of time with me in person and on phone . Some set-us like second profile were restored. Thank you to Omar , however the application need to be improved .

I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the dealership, it was a "lemon" that I unwittingly purchased from a used car dealership. Mark from service walked me through everything that was wrong, the list was long, and braced me for the repair bill. While I went without a car for 2.5 weeks I was always kept informed and ultimately had 2 recalls done, major engine work, a massive discount on an engine part and labor, and ultimately I paid the largest repair bill in my life but I have many new parts warrantied for 2 years and the car drives like a new car!! This is my go to for all future repairs, thanks!

My first visit in 2020 was terrible with a brand new vehicle the first oil change leaked so it turned me off using the dealer for regular maintenance however I’ve had a couple warranty services done and everything was done well . The last one took 2 months to get a part but that’s not the fault of the dealer but for my wait they did an extra service for me that is normally charged for . This is changing my perception of the dealers service . Overall I’m satisfied.
