I had a noon appointment for a simple tire change. I had to wait for 4 hours without any explanation given. At 4 pm after waiting for 4 hours, my vehicle was returned with a broken off automatic trans I had to wait for 4 hours without any explanation given. At 4 pm after waiting for 4 hours, my vehicle was returned with a broken off automatic transmission shifter!!! More

I have purchased five vehicles from this Dealership since 2006 and have received excellent and professional service.
