The three of them coordinated seamlessly right through to delivery. Additionally I was introduced to the new service manager, Juan Orozco. Where do I begin, from start to finish, Bill went above and beyond. He answered all my questions, showed me all the “gadgets” in my new vehicle, helped me set up My Cadillac App and even helped me with the and beyond.
