I bought a new car, and I'm here to tell you NOT to go to Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge in Calgary. Here's what happened - I negitiated on a car and struck a deal with the salesman. We couldn't get the financing done as it was later in the evening, so I agreed to come back the next day to finish up. Apparently, overnight, someone purchased "my" car on their website. But they had another almost identical car with a slightly lower mileage (like a few hundred KM less) and they were going to give me that one instead. I was fine with that. My partner was the one who actually signed the final financial paperwork, although I was in the room. When we got home, I reviewed the paperwork only to find that they had charged me an additional $1000 without discussing it with us. They charged a bogus "fee" of $500 and added $500 to the cost of the car because it had lower mileage. So I went back in to discuss this and they were awful. Their head sales guy tried to intimidate me, threatened to pull the whole deal, and refused to be reasonable. He was very emotional and angry. In the end they gave me back $500, but not the rest. And so I've decided to tell my story to warn others never to go to this dealership. They are crooked and mean. Stay away and help me spread the word!

I recently had my Jeep serviced at Big4 Motors and had an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. My service advisor Raj was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything my Jeep needed. Raj kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood all the recommendations without any pressure. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and Raj truly went above and beyond. The work on my Jeep was completed efficiently and accurately. I drove away feeling confident and happy with the service. I highly recommend Big4 Motors, and definitely ask for Raj!

The dealership is awesome huge!! Purchased truck from Brad. We were first going to buy diesel than I changed my mined and bought there demo truck. Ram 1500. Wanted extras put on truck but felt very rushed also was told from Brad to get my truck out of show room. When the deal was to keep it there till Monday. This dealer is awesome place it’s your worker Brad that was so rude and telling everyone in the dealer ship our business is not very professional so I suggest don’t see Brad if buying a vechile go see someone else. I felt very rushed. After when we received text from Brad saying we will give you refund for flares but get your truck out of here. Wow! After spending 75,000.00 there. It’s not dealership it’s was Brads attitude after we were rushed to pay for truck had to be done before end of month WHY?? When I picked up my truck I drove it to another garage and had 8,500.00 worth the extras put on the truck brand new Toyo tires. The proper flares, & painted to boot. Also a lift put in it. So what does that tell you.

Doug in parts always goes over and above for me, if he can't find what I need, he knows who can. Thank-you, Doug. Brett in the shop explains things to me plainly, which I appreciate. It's been a year since the start of this nightmare. Over the years we provided them a lot of business. Bought quite a few new and used vehicles from them. They even told us we are like family. Obviously that was a lie. They still have not reached out with any kind of resolution. Even when we wanted to talk to a manager. or the owner. I will never go to Londonderry Chrysler again.

Beware!!! As previously rated "SCAM ARTISTS"!!! The sales person who promoted "family run business" wrote in black felt and provided their finance person an "All-In-Pricing". 2 hrs later this led to bogus fees ($999, $899, $699) which the sales person said was the law - REALLY! An out right lie and after researching plus a $10 AMVIC fee which incidentally is also added on as well, what another waste. AMVIC says there was no advertising provided ... the bill of sale should be enough to go on??? I paid for running boards and there is no mention on the bill of sale or was an invoice provided? I contacted the dealership and the family run ownership justified their BOGUS fees by trying to tell me I got a great price below msrp and should be happy for that. Lessons learned I would have given a negative rating but this survey does not provide that option >>> worst vehicle purchase ever!!!

However, at the last minute, I was told that I would have to cover it myself—but that the amount could be added to the loan. I signed the contract because I though I remember it wrong but I reviewed our chat history today, and she never mentioned anything like that before.

I had a very bad experience here and from reading some of the other reviews you can tell this isn't the first time they have done this. I was chatting with there sales agent Harman Singh for few days. I told him the vehicle i wanted and I agreed to drive from Edmonton a hour away to come see the specific vehicle trim and color I wanted. They kept calling and was very eager for me to come in and they would help me make a deal and work something out on that vehicle I wanted. I confirmed the night before at 1030 pm and next day at 2 pm before coming and Harman confirmed he had the exact vehicle I wanted n I even sent him screen shots of the stock number etc. He confirmed twice that yes he had it on the lot and I then took time off work and drove 1 hour each way . I did bring my bmw x5 in as I said I would to trade it in also. They first gave me a low ball offer saying they would only do 15 to 20k for my bmw when market value is 30k. Then after when I wanted to see the suv I came to see they started showing me different colors and models and said oh the one I wanted was sold. This is impossible as I confirmed 2 times and 1 hour before coming. This was not a mistake this is a scam and trick they do they lie to people to get them into the door then once u arrive they try to sell u something else. The vehicle i was coming for was 52888 then when I arrived they tried to sell me suvs for 58888 which is 6k more. I left frustrated and then a different manager came outside and asked me what happened i explained to him the situation and he also make excuses saying oh maybe the sales guy made a mistake. This was not a mistake I confirmed 2 times you guys lied to me to get me in the door. The 2nd manager was nicer and did try to make me leave with a good experience. They now magically offered me 25k for my trade in and then said that they still did t ha e the vehicle I was promised I came to see. Overall not a good experience. You should not lie to people and waste there time and fuel to come see something you dont even have. Very shady and dishonest way of doing business. Beware.
