AMAZING team to work with Super accommodating. I was in a bind. Needed a car, and needed it now. I drove home that day in the exact vehicle I wanted and Corey has been nothing Super accommodating. We were there just to look but did not expect to buy a car, through the help of Vance Ridsdale, he took time to time to ensure that the car is beautiful – solid, comfortable and has all the technical features we really wanted. We walked away as satisfied and happy customer with our newly bought car. All the staff are very friendly and nice to deal with. Unfair trading/Poor losers Approximately 3 weeks ago my Fiance and I started looking for a new Dodge Truck at a competing dealer. I felt like I wasn't getting a fair deal so I c Approximately 3 weeks ago my Fiance and I started looking for a new Dodge Truck at a competing dealer. I felt like I wasn't getting a fair deal so I called Grande Prairie Chrysler to see what they could offer. Over the next week we continued to talk to both dealerships and they both ended up finding a suitable Truck for our family. After some deliberation we decided to go with the competing dealers Truck and made a verbal deal. Out of respect for Grande Prairie Chryslers time I called them to inform them of our decision to purchase elsewhere. I was immediately met with negative comments and was warned that the other dealer could not get us the truck we wanted due to personal relationships between dealers. I asked the salesman from Grande Prairie Chrysler to stay away and let us continue our deal with the competition. I called the manager at Grande Prairie Chrysler and made him aware of his salesmans lack of professional contests and was met with a similar attitude. The following day I received a call from Grande Prairie Chrysler letting me know that they had the secured the truck we were dealing on with the competition and that if we wanted to purchase that truck we would have to go through them. I was in shock and hoped it wasn't true. The next day the salesman from the competing dealer called and confirmed they could not get the truck. I again called the General Manager at Grande Prairie Chrysler and asked what was going on. He immediately confirmed that they had purchased the truck we were dealing on and invited me to purchase it from them. I told him I would not buy a vehicle from them as what they were doing was dirty bussiness and asked him to reconsider what he was doing. He didn't consider what he was doing to be wrong in anyway and didn't even so much as offer an apology. There were a few heated words between us and I vow to never give any bussiness to the GP Auto Group or its affiliates due to their lack of professionalism and poor salesmanship. Grande Prairie Chrysler had no interest in this truck until they found out we were interested in it through another dealer. We are not done yet and will still be filing complaints with AMVIC and trying to reach as high on the ladder as we can with both dealerships involved. As a note Courtesy Chrysler in Calgary (the dealer who actually has the truck) has not made any attempt to return our calls to discuss there role in this situation. More

Second time at this dealership Got everything figured out before I even stepped foot in the building. Price of vehicle, financing options, and monthly payment. The filling out of paperwork took more time that I found reasonable. I believe I was there for about 5 hours. Jared was amazing.
