Craig Berg and Kerry Kaban took time to understand my situation and even though I was sure I was not able to be helped, they managed to turn my 2010 vehicle which was facing a few repairs into a brand new 2016 with lower payments and interest...I was shocked at their belief in me and determination to help me out and not stop until they accomplished exactly that outcome. Myself and my kids are so pleased with our beautiful new van!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and have also been recommending their service department as well as their willingness to see the person they are trying to help rather than the policies and monetary bottom lines have made me a loyal and continued customer. Went on my marry way happy that the command start worked again. But as I was on a long road trip the same problem came back. Stopped in and Danielle checked and found the part was going to be here the next day so she made an appointment for me. When I dropped it off I asked Danielle if they could look at the fifth wheel for me and see what they could do. When I picked up the truck I was so happy to see they put a mat down to keep the floor clean and they did fix the fifth wheel for me. So I would like to say I have never had a bad experience with the good service people or the staff in the back shop great job guys keep up the good work More
