The experience was almost going to be a not so good one as the person I originally initiated the purchase with decided to take the day off even though he knew we were driving 400miles to make this purchase, this turned out to be for the best because we got to have the pleasure of dealing with Mario Borbolla, a client adviser at Ferman BMW. He is a really solid and cool guy, super transparent and funny, he came through for us 100% and made the experience one to remember. Fully satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Mario and Ferman BMW 100%, I look forward to doing business with them when I decide to purchase my new BMW.
