Very calm and very non-pushy (unlike many car sales folks). He listened carefully to what we wanted. He followed up right on time. He ultimately found just the car my wife wanted. His manner of communication inspired confidence and trust. The car is still brand new so don't know what to expect with service but I hope it will be as good as the sales experience More
