Our sales manager, Brian Pelletier, was similarly knowledgable and brought a bit of welcome humor to the experience. Brian listened to what we wanted and suggested a different vehicle, which was the one we ultimately bought. David Theado invested what seemed to be an unusual amount of his time to our deal in order to make sure we got a fair trade and an overall deal with which we felt comfortable.
