Came here after visiting two other dealerships in the area. Dan was by far one of the best client advisors and really took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and kept in touch with me throug area. I purchased new BMW (335d) from Ferman and had it serviced there religiously for a lot of years. Recently the dealership made the decision to stop servicing older vehicles and advised me that they w serviced there religiously for a lot of years. Recently the dealership made the decision to stop servicing older vehicles and advised me that they would not service my vehicle. How could they not service BMW's at a BMW dealership? I noted the dealership servicing policy on older vehicles in a survey. I was subsequently advised that I had been blacklisted from the dealership. They wanted nothing to do with me or my vehicle. The dealership was being very vindictive to a customer that has paid them thousands of dollars over the years. Luckily, I contacted another BMW dealership that questioned Ferman's decision and advised me that they would be happy to service my older BMW. I ask again, how can a BMW dealership not service a vehicle that was bought at the dealership? I guess customer service and loyalty does not factor in at Ferman. More
