Totally Different Experience at Bozard. I have been shopping for a New truck for about two months, I was looking for a Raptor and they are few and far between. I searched in at least 150 mil I have been shopping for a New truck for about two months, I was looking for a Raptor and they are few and far between. I searched in at least 150 miles radius of Jacksonville, FL. Sometime during my online search I was contacted by Zach Gibbs who is the internet sales manager. Right away it was a different feel than all the other dealerships. I was just about to postpone my search due to all the bad experiences I had with other dealerships. If you know anything about the Ford Raptor you know they are very expensive. Yes, I suppose some folks can walk in and throw $70-$100K on the table and walk out with one. I am not that person. Zach was honest and up front. Him and I worked for about two weeks trying to get this done. He answered all my call/texts no matter what time or day it was. I never felt pressure. This guy worked his A$% off for me. I cant say enough how great this experience was. If you are looking for a new car/truck, at least give him a call you wont be disappointed. More

Very accomadating I Live an hour away in port orange so getting to Bozard is a bit of a drive but well worth it as I feel like a customer when I am at Bozard. My local Lincoln dealer Gary Yeomanns is very standoffish and judgemental. When you look at a car but just got off work and are in your dirty workclose, it doesn't mean I cant afford a Lincoln. That's stereo typing and it isn't right. The only issue I had was that after having my car for a week (brought Monday night and Picked up Friday night) to get parts in and do all the repairs I left the lot and still could not get my touch screen to work. I suggest that after parts are added to a touch screen device that the technician do a screen calibration to make sure buttons line up on screen, not fall off screen. I discovered the sequence online and did it myself and now everything works perfect. Other than that everyone at Bozard is great. Thank you George Alexiou More

Christmas Eve Awesomness!! My husband and I casually checked into Bozard's year end deals, on line on the 23rd of Dec. We really thought we would only get. 2 or 3 year old Ford F 150. And probably not until March. Mr Zach Gibbs was very helpful with our questions and made it so easy to get information and still keep up with last minute Christmas obligations. Before we knew it, through Zach's excellent customer service we had a brand new Ford F-150 waiting for us, we were able to quickly slide by there on Christmas Eve with our ole faithful trade in, meet Zach and Adam, and Ryan the finance man! Ryan was so courteous and helpful, and got us an extended warranty, and maintenance deal, with great financing terms. We were in and out in just shy of an hour! Zach, Adam, and Ryan made our experience one of EXCELLENCE and our Christmas was even better because of our business transaction them at Bozard Ford! We highly recommend them for your vehicle needs! From the first moment I pulled on the lot to driving off on my new pony (i.e. mustang) I felt totally comfortable - no anxiety. The inventory at Bozard is quality - zero lemon worries!!
