I started here at Bozard Ford on July 1st of 2015 after serving 4 years in the United States Army. At the time I was working two part time jobs, finishing up my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of North Florida. I began my employment here with no intention of staying long-term, but I am still here and couldn't be happier or more proud of the company I represent!

Bryan made the whole buying experience as flawless as possible. He even delivered the vehicle directly to my house. The only time I stepped foot in the dealership was to test drive the vehicle and then I possible. He even delivered the vehicle directly to my house. Devin made this process the most seamless and easy pro process I have experienced when buying a vehicle. Never once was there any pressure and he was always available for any questions I had. Not to menti process I have experienced when buying a vehicle. Never once was there any pressure and he was always available for any questions I had. Not to mention when we got to finance there were no hidden fees or agendas. Ricky presented us with options and didn't push them on us he let us fully make the decision. 10/10 would recommend buying from Devin at Bozard. More

The Dealership was extremely clean. Everyone I dealt with was personable, respectful professional from the Door Greeters to Collin, my Salesman! My Brother from Michigan had flown dow Everyone I dealt with was personable, respectful professional from the Door Greeters to Collin, my Salesman! My Brother from Michigan had flown down to help me search for a car. We came to Bozard late on Friday evening and Collin Weinhaus was our first contact. He is absolutely the BEST Salesman I have ever dealt with, by far! (I am 72 yrs old). He is an exceptional young man & he represented your dealership perfectly! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and seeing it was so late, we told him we would be back on Saturday to check it out. I let him know we would be there a bit later and he stated that he already had it ready & prepped for our arrival! Seeing it in the daytime was GREAT! I had every intention of 'shopping around' for a vehicle, however after dealing with Collin, I made the deal within the hour and did not look elsewhere! The vehicle was just what I was looking for and my Brother approved as well! Julian was the Finance person who was efficient and I LOVED the Desk that shifted between us! Kudos to Zach Gibbs who took care of a minor issue I had re: Temporary Tag and the gentleman in the office across from his desk. I will be sending an email to Bo & Letti to expound on the excellent experience I had at Bozard! Thanks to everyone, especially Collin! More
