We really thought we would only get. 2 or 3 year old Ford F 150. And probably not until March. Mr Zach Gibbs was very helpful with our questions and made it so easy to get information and still keep up with last minute Christmas obligations. Before we knew it, through Zach's excellent customer service we had a brand new Ford F-150 waiting for us, we were able to quickly slide by there on Christmas Eve with our ole faithful trade in, meet Zach and Adam, and Ryan the finance man! Ryan was so courteous and helpful, and got us an extended warranty, and maintenance deal, with great financing terms. We were in and out in just shy of an hour! Zach, Adam, and Ryan made our experience one of EXCELLENCE and our Christmas was even better because of our business transaction them at Bozard Ford! We highly recommend them for your vehicle needs! From the first moment I pulled on the lot to driving off on my new pony (i.e. mustang) I felt totally comfortable - no anxiety. The inventory at Bozard is quality - zero lemon worries!! The sales process was comfortable - more like a discussion with a friend who wanted to help me find what suits me best...keeping my desires and checkbook both in check. Zack G was AWESOME! We bought a truck at Bozard today. I filled out a form online asking about a vehicle to see if it was still available. On our way out there, he called to let us know it had sold but he had other comparables if we're interested. We thought, what the heck? Off to look we went! We were graciously greeted by a team member who went to get Zach. The entire time, he asked reasonable questions and was very well informed about what we were looking at. There was never any pressure and he let us make the moves. There was actually only one truck that hit our wants. We went inside and he showed us kbb versus their numbers on both their vehicle and our trade in. It was all comparable. We worked with several different people there and were treated wonderfully by each. They also were incredibly kind and patient with our six year old. The precious young lady at the front desk was AWESOME with him! We are incredibly grateful for a non-pressured experience. We were allowed to take our time deciding and each question answered. Zach G and the team were amazing! We are super thankful for an easy experience that didn't take all day long! More
