Excellent experience! I found this vehicle online, purchased it and flew to Florida from Nebraska to pick it up. I was a little leery about buying a vehicle 1200 miles away, but after reading reviews of Bozard Ford, I was relieved to see all of the five star reviews. Jeremy Criscione was easy to deal withas well and this was a no pressure sale. The price was fair and the experience was great. Bozard sent a driver to pick us up from the JAX airport. The truck I was buying was fueled up and ready for a test drive once I arrived. I was very impressed by how clean the vehicle was as it did not disappoint. Everyone at Bozard was friendly and the buying process was streamlined and easy. The paperwork didn't take long and I was out the door with my new-to-me truck, but not before grabbing a bite to eat at Ford's Garage, the on-site restaurant. That was another excellent experience. The drive remarkably uneventful. The vehicle ran great, no CEL's, no hiccups. It just ran great. I'm planning on keeping this truck until the wheels fall off, but if I'm ever in the market for another one, I'll be returning to Bozard. More
