Highly impressed and very satisfied This is my second vehicle purchased from Bozard Ford. My sales person has been Zach Gibbs both times and I couldn't ask for a better salesperson. I This is my second vehicle purchased from Bozard Ford. My sales person has been Zach Gibbs both times and I couldn't ask for a better salesperson. I hesitate to say salesperson because he is much more than that. He truly understands the anxiety and frustration associated with the major purchase of a new vehicle as well as provides a human to human experience. After my first purchase of a 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum, my experience was so exceptional that I started recommending him to everyone I heard talking about getting a new vehicle. Everyone of my friends that have had the pleasure to work with Zach have had nothing but praise and satisfaction. He helped my mother-in-law purchase a used vehicle and she absolutely adores him now. I think a little more than she does me. I purchased my 2018 Ford Raptor on 3/3/2018 and once again the process was outstanding. I don't usually do reviews, but when I deal with a truly exceptional person I feel like its necessary. I feel that Zach Gibbs is a valuable asset to Bozard Ford and glad to have worked with him. He was very sweet, professional and had a personality that I found calming. I test drove the trucks I found online. Negotiations began and I was comfortable with the deal and the way I was treated and purchased a truck.
