I was immediately contacted by Zach Gibbs with the info I requested. I made the decision to drive 3 hours to meet him and check out the truck. He was very sweet, professional and had a personality that I found calming. I test drove the trucks I found online. Negotiations began and I was comfortable with the deal and the way I was treated and purchased a truck. Johnny in the finance department was very kind to work diligently to get the best financing deal for me too. All in all it was a very good experience. More

We drove 2 hours to get to Bozard, the truck was ready for a test drive. I HATE buying vehicles there is always a game that salesman play.... but not at Bozard. Zac was awesome. Smoothest buying experience ever. And Zac took the time to go over everything in the truck, when we left my phone was set up, I understood how to work the navigation system, and all the other goodies the truck came with . Zach arranged for me to test my vehicle overnight and bring it back the next day. I had never heard of that and rather than drive it around for a few minutes..it allowed me to really test if this new car would serve my needs. I came back the next afternoon and Zach had already drafted up my necessary paperwork so I was able to get into financing with Rick quickly. Tom gave me a great deal on my trade-in so Rick was able to get me to monthly payments that work for my budget :) even with purchasing an extended warranty. I'm going back this week to get my windows tinted by their accessories department and I am sure that will be a quick/painless experience as well. I am so pleased with my experience that I'm sending my dad there to look for his next truck. More

This allowed us to spend a minimal amount of time at the dealership. No bull, no hassle, just authentic conversations about the vehicle we were interested in. I've always hated the "game" that you play at car dealerships. This first step with the sales person was a good one, but then there is always the dreaded sit down with the finance guy that is another whole game within itself. Rick Garcia was a true professional. He was sincere and worked hard to get us a lower interest rate and I didn't have to threaten to leave, buy a vehicle from another dealer, or any of those other negotiating tactics that I have had to employ in the past. Zach and Rick were THE team for us, I will request both of them when we buy our next vehicle from Bozard. More
