I'm consistently happy with Jackson's service experience. I do think these guys have a class act going. Although I'll say I've only purchased one vehicle from them. I have, however, had several service visit I do think these guys have a class act going. Although I'll say I've only purchased one vehicle from them. I have, however, had several service visits for routine maintenance and other needs. The one thing that I do NOT like is the multitude of text messages and email requests to 'rate us' after every visit. It becomes bothersome after the first 3 or 4 requests. Yvonne is a fantastic service advisor - this is no reflection on Yvonne. This is straight up irritation driven by Jackson's corporate marketing. More
