Terrible. I bought my second Acura brand new from Jackson Acura in 2020. I thought I would be a lifetime Acura customer because the reliability of the the cars. After this experience I will never buy another Acura in 2020. I thought I would be a lifetime Acura customer because the reliability of the the cars. After this experience I will never buy another Acura again in my lifetime. It only had 3,000 miles when I offloaded the junk. It was in service at least 7 times in less than a year and the issue never got resolved. The infotainment systems are not only faulty they are a driving hazard... completely distracting. Jackson gave me a complete runaround on this issue. They never fixed it and kept promising me that the next time I'd bring it in, they'd be able to fix it. Several other items needed repairs in the short time I owned the car including replacing the brakes! But the infotainment system was my biggest concern because when it went out randomly I lost navigation and phone connectivity in addition to the stereo features. I showed Jackson a class action law suit that was filed in California about this issue and asked that they do the right thing to resolve it. But that never happened. I chose Jackson because they touted customer excellence but I never felt like they valued me as a customer. I'll never step foot in that place again. And Acura lost what could have been a lifelong customer. Terrible. More
