Jackson Acura sent my daughter home in a defective car, after promising to troubleshoot and fix. Yvonne assured me they would find the issue, after I explained to her that my daughter had been stranded twi after promising to troubleshoot and fix. Yvonne assured me they would find the issue, after I explained to her that my daughter had been stranded twice in two days by her MDX. After I left my daughter to wait on the repair, Yvonne cancelled the diagnostic I agreed to pay for, told my daughter 'your dad isn't going to like this, but we can't figure it out' (even without trying to diagnose it) and sent her home in a defective car. I called back and Nick told me Rodney is the manager, but isn't available to help. Never, never contact Jackson Acura for anything needing honest work, or a safe repair for your family. More
