She's knowledgeable; she takes the time to go over what will be done beforehand and quick estimate of what the costs will be, and then she thoroughly reviews the inspection with me to keep me abreast of any future issues that may arise so I can plan accordingly. Not only that, but the service department is quick. I'd settled in to get some work done in one of the work cubicles, and before I'd even got into the groove of work, she knocked on the door to tell me my car was finished and I could be on my way. I look forward to coming to Jackson Acura because of her, and because of the quick and excellent service I get! More
