This dealership was right where I needed it to be. The service was quick. The staff that helped me were very nice, open to friendly conversation. The waiting room was lacking. Second visit here, second vehicle (have 3 Toyotas). Always friendly staff, quick check in, nice waiting accommodations and it appears the service is done correctly. My only beef as it was last time Always friendly staff, quick check in, nice waiting accommodations and it appears the service is done correctly. My only beef as it was last time, they take too long. a VT State Inspection should take 30 - 45 minutes, in this case it was a new car, 1,100 miles on it and it took 70 minutes in/out, making me late for my next appointment. Lastly this is what cost them another star, brand new vehicle, light gray interior, fabric on the "A" pillar, the Tech. needs to put his hand here to scrap off and/or apply the new inspection sticker, his/her palms where clearly all grease and now I have a very noticeably stained "A" pillar - will try and clean oil/grease off myself. $44,000 vehicle and that! :-/ More
