This is my second time buying car from Handy Toyota. I bought my 2024 Toyota tundra from Handy Toyota. Every time I visit Toyota, they have excellent service all around. Ethan, service advisors, and Handy were outstanding in handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit in my truck. But they fought and got it repaired resolving a major financial situation for me. They provided a rental car for 7 days while the repair could be made! I was having a brake job done, along with an oil change and tire rotation as well. This team went beyond what was necessary for me the customer! I have always had great service from before but this time they helped a 71 year old customer with true professionalism and integrity of a their product and customer service! Thank you all very much! The service was sub par. I waited 30 minutes to an hour after my cars service was down before receiving my car. I went in 15 minutes after I noticed my car was in the finishe I waited 30 minutes to an hour after my cars service was down before receiving my car. I went in 15 minutes after I noticed my car was in the finished parking lot and after speaking with a service rep he said I needed to wait an additional 10 minutes before I can get the car so he can fill out paperwork. I came back around 30 minutes later to the rep telling an upset young woman that they couldn’t patch a hole left in the middle of the tread by a nail and she would have to buy new tires. Anyway the supervisor/manager finally took notice of me and asked the service rep if my car was ready at which point the service rep said he still needed to file paperwork. The manager said since it’s just a handy care oil change just give me the keys and get me out of there. They then had to go searching for my keys. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a service center. Also worth mentioning the first oil change I’ve had with them they messed it up by overfilling the oil and not putting on the filter correctly, so oil leaked all over the engine bay. More

Very disappointed. They forgot to return locking lug nut key and I now have to drive 45 minutes one way to get it. Evidently no longer content to simply compete with other dealers, the service staff at Handy Toyota have clearly set their sights on raising the bar above what you've come to expect from The Four Seasons, R dealers, the service staff at Handy Toyota have clearly set their sights on raising the bar above what you've come to expect from The Four Seasons, Ritz Carleton, or even the venerable Chik-fil-a. Upon my very first step out of the vehicle, I was greeted by the service manager, Ethan Raymond. Ethan is a sharp, go-getter of a young man. Handsome and charming enough that you shouldn’t leave your wife alone with him, but honest and trustworthy enough that you could. While I’ve never experience an issue with any of the service from this dealership, I know that should something arise, Ethan will handle the situation in a fair and satisfactory manner. Honestly, who ever hired this young man should be given a significant bonus for their foresight and character judgement. The service advisor, Darren Callan, also went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way, and I felt assured that my vehicle was always in good hands under his watchful eye.
