My only concern is my service was to be an hour tops. It wasn’t finished for two and a half hours. Perhaps, they overbooked or a mechanic called in sick? First time at Handy Toyota for service. Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when the Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. I told him I was going to try to clean it. He said if it didn’t come out to go see him and he would take care of it. He even offered to have them clean it if I wanted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DARREN!
