I was there on Friday the 8th, for cabin air filter, engine filter and wiper blades. The tech didn't put the cover back on in the glove compartment as I had to go back up when I found it on the floor o engine filter and wiper blades. The tech didn't put the cover back on in the glove compartment as I had to go back up when I found it on the floor of the passenger seat. Today Monday I go back up because the wiper blades they put on were horrible, turns out the tech never put the new wiper blades on that I was charged for on Friday. What the heck, need to improve here.! More

We could not reach Victoria while she was working on the car even though I called several times to get an update. Then labor was done without letting us know that it be billable to look at the backup camera car even though I called several times to get an update. Then labor was done without letting us know that it be billable to look at the backup camera for my wife’s car. We ended up with two hours of labor or $300 worth of Labor and we didn’t find out about that until we picked the car up. At no point did we get any updates I had to call several times on behalf of my wife through several different people and was put on hold for over a half hour to find out what the status was of our car. Then I found out that it’s going to be $600 with labor plus the camera to get anything done to fix the camera. More

Victoria is very friendly and professional. She set expectations on wait time and checked in with updates. She also took the time to look into additional recall(s) for the issue I was experienc She set expectations on wait time and checked in with updates. She also took the time to look into additional recall(s) for the issue I was experiencing with my slider doors on the Sienna. I was in an out with the doors working perfectly in under 2 hours from diagnosis to being fixed. This is one of the reasons I will always stick with Toyota vehicles! We have had many positive experiences with Handy-it’s worth the hour+ drive to take for service. More
