We worked with Logan on the purchase of a 2017 Corvette. Everything we asked for was sent to us quickly and within an hour of the request. Even though there was no requirement for financing, Vanessa got us through all the required documents seamlessly and efficiently. To have been dropped by a "manager", and ignored by everyone else was very disheartening, and I actually walked away. However, Jay the GM, reached out to me, expressing his frustration, and lack of enthusiasm in his sales team,and rectified the situation. Through his leadership, and ability to take accountability for his teams shortcomings, I decided to give them one last shot, and it turned out awesome. Thank you Vanessa and Jay. More
