Tony Yang and Mercedes London exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I made an appointment to view the E Class Cabriolet that I was interested in, and Tony had it ready and waiting for me. He was very good at pointing out the features, but really the car sold itself. I found Tony to be very straightforward and transparent, not something I'm used to in car sales people. I bought the car on the spot. It just felt so comfortable to deal with Tony. I was also impressed with the dealership, the waiting area and the polite helpful knowledgeable staff. I live about an hour and 15 minutes outside of London and Tony explained the benefits of Mercedes London Concierge Service. I feel that is a service that puts Mercedes London way ahead of most other dealerships. Picking up the car was an easy, seamless experience.
