Toni replied promptly and provided all the information I was looking for. Toni even took the time, to do a personalized video of the vehicle, I was looking at. When it came to going into Mercedes Benz London and meet with Toni, I was warmly welcomed. Toni provided a sales experience next to none. I continued this excellent experience right through to the Financial Services Office, where I was introduced to Kristina Wong. It was a pleasure having Kristina assisted me through the paperwork. I must say Kristina was thorough and efficient in providing me with all the information and assistance to finalize my purchase. Adam answered the phone and answered all our questions about the gl350 we were inquiring about. We booked an appointment to come up and have a test drive we found Adam to be very knowledgeable and pleasant and always had a smile on his face. We couldn't have asked for a better experience all in all. Adam and Kristina we're wonderful to deal with we decided to purchase the gl350. We then picked up the vehicle the following Friday Adam was away on holidays and set us up with Tony Tony took his time explaining all the ins and outs of the gl350. Adam also followed up with an email apologizing for being away and offering to help us out with anything we needed we would recommend Mercedes-Benz of London to any one of our friends or colleagues. More

I flew from Calgary to buy a convertible Lexus and felt confident with Tony's efforts and professionalism before I left home. Once there, I think Tony pulled some strings and expedited the sale, in transit document was provided and final detailing completed within a day so I could depart ahead of schedule. I wish all vehicle sales people made the same effort without making the customer feel pressured. Good job young man. More
