Very Satisfied , Excellent Experience I had Purchased a 2009 Pontiac G5 a year ago from Loan Arranger , I was happy with the vehicle but I thought it was time for an upgrade. I made an appointment with Tony he was very friendly over the phone and even more when we met in person. I told him what type of car I was looking for which was a 2013 Kia Optima . Tony was able to find the car that I wanted he was honest very upfront with cost he even assited with the trade in of my pontiac G5, over all I would say if I was to recommend anybody to see at Loan Arranger I would say deal with Tony S. Our car just broke down and we were desperate to find a car within our budget as quickly as possible since we have a young family and rely on our tran Our car just broke down and we were desperate to find a car within our budget as quickly as possible since we have a young family and rely on our transportation. After researching a few dealerships in our area we came across The Loan Arranger. This was our first time going to a dealership to finance a car. We called and instantly were greeted by the dealership manager who answered all our questions and concerns and got us an appointment that Monday afternoon while assuring us that they would be able to meet all our needs. Once we arrived at our appointment we were greeted by the manager and he sent us over to Tony Scala to help us find something that meet all our needs. Right away Tony was a pleasure to work with, he found us the perfect car at an extremely great price and then gave us even more savings. He explained the entire financing procedure in terms that we understood and also explained how to better our credit and what it can help us with in the future. Not only did Tony find us a great safe car he was able to do it in a less then 48 hours, by Wednesday we were picking up our new car. Tony worked extremely hard to make sure we had the car quickly because he knew how difficult it was having a young family without a car.He took care of switching our insurance, getting new plates and the entire registration process. In addition to all of that he even put all new tires on the car, detailed the inside and gave us a full tank of gas. Overall our first time expereince getting a car from a dealership couldn't of went any smoother. The whole situation from the first call and even the last call which Tony made to us a few hours from when we left the lot to see how we liked it, was perfect. I highly recommend doing business with Tony and The Loan Arranger as everyone there were friendly and extremely helpful. More

Great Experience My husband wanted to purchase a pickup and went to see Tony. When my husband called with the details I said to my husband that he just signed himself up to work another 7-10 years. (He is close to retirement). He went back to Tony and explained this was out of his range. Tony suggested that he bring me in with him and see what else we could find that would suite our budget. My first visit was very warm and welcoming from Tony S. He listened very carefully to every word I said. I am so happy that I had Tony to help and support us to choose the best vehicle to meet our needs. Tony Scala is my new best friend! I recently bought a van from Tony for my wife. Tragedy struck and she passed away. I'm not a van person. He was very supportive and understood why I could not keep her van. He pointed out a few choices of pick-up truck for me to look at. I decided to test drive a beautiful 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. He said I would probably like it. Was he ever right! I took it for a test drive Friday morning, loved it and signed the papers. He said it would be ready Monday afternoon. Later that same day Tony called and told me if I could get my insurance binder for that day, he would push it through! I test drove the vehicle at 11:00 AM. I was driving it home at 4:30 PM. Tony is a great guy with a big heart. Thank you Tony. More

Here i was , so busy, travelling the USA, in need of help for a decent used car, and Tony came through like a magician. Even though i had my own doubts about issues of my own, Tony kept me confident and assured me he would do his best to get me what i needed. And today, i have a very nice vehicle parked outside my front door. I am in shock, but wow, i am very happy. I would definitely recommend The Loan Arranger to any future buyers. They are a very well organized and professional establishment. This is my second time there, was there years earlier for a different purchase. amazing customer srevice I first heard of The Loan arranger 7 years ago and met with Tony in hope of purchasing my first used car. He too k the time to show me different cars I first heard of The Loan arranger 7 years ago and met with Tony in hope of purchasing my first used car. He too k the time to show me different cars that I wanted to see and that were within my budget. I was amazed at the patience and the time he took to explain everything to me. I did buy a 2005 Nissan xtrail and loved it. After if I had questions or concerns about the car, Tony was always available by phone or in person to answer me. It is 7 years later looking to purchase a newer car and only Tony was the person to arrange this for me. Called him up and expalined what I was looking for and 3 days later I drove away in a 2012 Ford focus hatchback :) Thank you so much Tony and the loan arranger. I recommend anyone looking for a car that you just walk in to see and I am sure that you will find everything you need and more. Sandra V More
