So we walk inside and Tony Scala introduced himself and the first car he showed us was a dodge journey. (wow he is good) he had a dodge journey on the lot and we signed for it later that night she was looking at other journeys and really liked the Dodge Journey R/T. I called Tony first thing in the morning and asked him to cancel the deal and try to find us a R/T model. Most sales people would have probably held me on the contract. Not Tony he found what we wanted and even brought it from another dealership, ripped up old contract and got us the suv we wanted. THANKS TONY FOR ALL THE HELP. I heard a bad bearing in one of the pulleys and called tony to let him know and if there was anything he could do. He got me in at the his mechanics shop the following week and everything was covered...Customer Service is a priority and the mechanic shop was great. NO WONDER LOAN ARRANGER IS #1 THEY ACTUALLY CARE AND GET YOU INTO SOMETHING YOU LOVE.... More

TRUST It's hard to trust a used car salesman. You always hear the horror stories about people being taken advantage of. I was referred to the loan arranger It's hard to trust a used car salesman. You always hear the horror stories about people being taken advantage of. I was referred to the loan arranger through a friend and I am glad I listened. I dealt with Tony who was very transparent and honest. He helped me get into a vehicle very fast as I was in a tight spot with an older beat up car that was ready to scrap. Tony was more than a car salesman... he is a friend now. Thanks loan arranger and especially Tony! Will go back to them again! More

As expected, no major pluses a few disappointments Was unable to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted, even then the price was a tad higher than I had requested. I was told I could get any car I wanted, but when I showed up I was only given a few choices. Then they made an appointment for me to pick up the car, but it was not ready when I arrived, so they sent us to a coffee shop to wait. When they then realized it would take until the next day, I had driven across the city for nothing and they offered no amends other than to deliver the car to me the following day. Tony was very friendly and helpful while dealing with the issues presented. More

Tony is AMAZING I really have to thank Tony for everything he has done for me and my family. This is my second car from there and both times Tony has been amazing. I really have to thank Tony for everything he has done for me and my family. This is my second car from there and both times Tony has been amazing. The first time my old car broke down and needed a new car and Tony was there every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted. Now recently I wanted to trade in the that car to get a newer one that had a warranty. We started the process in January and sadly my father fell ill and passed in March. I never got to close the deal as I was tending to my father and Tony was supportive and understanding of all that was going on. Then in April when I was ready to purchase a car he helped me find EXACTLY what I wanted at a good price. He patiently put up with all my indecision for 3 months! Tony has become like family and I truly appreciate all the has done. TONY YOU ARE THE BEST and everyone I met through the process at Loan Arranger as well! More

I was promised in one year my interest rate would go down because one I had bad credit , but what a surprise in ten months I'm in new the car I was wishing to be in since the end of Feb. of this year. You make your payments on time and never miss payment like the previous salesperson who sold me a 2012 Altima in Feb. and now im in 2014 Altima sexy car . Its that simple make your payments on time never miss a payment and in less then one year my interest rate was cut by more then 10%, Once again I got thank Tony at the loan arranger in Toronto for making this process as smooth as possible. More

Needed help andnd tthe loan Arranger saved me I will start this off with how much trouble I have had getting financed in my life I have tried repeatedly with no luck went to all the places thay sa I will start this off with how much trouble I have had getting financed in my life I have tried repeatedly with no luck went to all the places thay say guaranteed approval and could never get approved finally I came across the loan Arranger so I drove. Down to Scarborough from Peterborough to take a look, I met a man by Tony, greatest guy I have ever dealt with in sales he was soo helpful and did his best to accommodate my situation, with having no credit and a contracted job, he was still able to get me approved and not at 29.9% alot less than that, on a truck that I am very happy with, I was in there today with my son signing the paper work and they treated my son like he was one of there own kids he was spoiled treats and toy cars and everyone talked to him and kept him company well Tony and myself dealt with the vehicle stuff, I had the greatest experience with the loan Arranger and I will forsure be telling everyone about it!!!!! More

Tony is awesome! I called up the Loan Arranger and spoke with Tony about possibly trading in my car as it was falling apart.
