Tony, in particular, made the whole experience friendly and easygoing, and not to mention, explained everything in detail, fairly, and with consideration for my circumstances. Don't be fooled: Tony knows exactly what he's talking about, and I can't imagine working with anyone else at any other dealership. The Loan Arranger has been around the corner from me for the longest time: I remember when it was a gas station. I passed by it frequently and when I finally stepped in, I was surprised at how well I was treated, especially by Tony. If you need a car, if your credit is bad or even so/so, go here. He told me he could get me a vehicle with good interest rates. I took two days to review my finances and then called Tony. I was amazed at how quickly he took my information and had my financing approved. Within 5 days I had my vehicle that I had requested and was on the road driving. People enter our lives for a reason. Tony I thank you. About 6 years ago I had a financial fall out but needed to buy a car. I looked online and found The Loan Arranger who claimed that Good Bad credit wa About 6 years ago I had a financial fall out but needed to buy a car. I looked online and found The Loan Arranger who claimed that Good Bad credit was welcomed. I ventured off and when i got there a Man came out of his office and greated me with a smile....his name was Tony. Little did I know Tony would eventually become a good friend and a person that could give me advise. We sat down and went through my story, I was very comfortable talking to him as there was no judging on his part. After a good hour he assured me that he would figure something out for me and would give me a call in a few days. I was pleasantly suprise to get a call back the next day telling me that he had me approved for a car. I signed up with The loan Arranger for financing since no banks would touch me but he told me after a few years come back to see me and we will work on getting you a better rate with a bank. I followed his advice and came back to see my old friend a few years later. His promise was true as he cut my rate in half and signed me up with a bank. Its been about another year and I decided since I was now better on my feet following his advise that I would go back and pay him a visit. I always wanted a Cadillac and I had noticed that they had some in stock. I also looked at BMW and others but my heart was set on the Cadillac. I asked him if he could work it out as he had a knack for being able to do the impossible. He told me give me a few days and lets see what he could come up with....This was a Thursday...Friday he called me and told me he not only worked out a deal but reduced my rate yet again. The following Tuesday I was driving home in my Cadillac. He has called me twice this week to make sure that I was happy with the car and to make sure all was good after driving it for a week. I truly beleive we meet people for a reason, and Tony was like my helper in getting myself not only into a nice car again but as well fixing my credit when no one else would. I will continue o go and buy my cars from him as long as he is there. I have now sent my wife who is in need of a car herself to speak to him because I know he will be honest with her and he will find her the best deal he can. I am highly recommending Tony Scala and his team located at the Loan Arranger within Toronto's lot. From the very moment we drove onto the Loan Arrangers lot we were made to feel like we were the ones in c at the Loan Arranger within Toronto's lot. From the very moment we drove onto the Loan Arrangers lot we were made to feel like we were the ones in charge and whatever we wanted to see, drive, or ask questions about were answered. Not only were our questions answered but more detail was given by Tony and we weren't made to feel like we had no idea what we were talking about. Tony Scala not only was informative, he was helpful in helping us decide what type of vehicle would suit our family best. There was never any pressure placed upon us and when we chose the Toyota Venza to test drive, not only was Tony right in his recommendation but moved 3 or 4 cars to get us the one we wanted to drive. I would like to also mention that both my wife and I are professional people in the careers that we have chosen. That being said we are both each others second marriage. A concern that we had was our credit ratings might not be good enough to allow us to pick the exact vehicle we wanted as a result of our divorces, however Tony was quick to make suggestions on how to improve this rating for not only ourselves but for any reason we may need to utilize our rating in the future. After falling in love with the Venza, we were welcomed inside to see if we would be accepted for financing this purchase. Within 24 hrs of meeting Tony, we were given the approval our family so deserved. We picked our new vehicle up 3 days later and to our surprise, Tony had gave us the gift of new tires which would have cost us 1300.00. The vehicle passed the safety and emission test, but the mechanic said the tires that were on the vehicle would pass safety but wouldn't last long. Tony without blinking gave the green light to replace the tires with brand new ones. Again Tony avoided the thought of having to replace tires soon after purchase and paid for the news ones to be installed. Our family of 5, would like to express our sincerest thank you to Tony Scala of the Loan Arranger in the Toronto location, and we would strongly recommend and encourage anybody who might be or may be in the same position as our family was and thinking it could never happen for them to please call, show up, and ask to speak to Tony. I promise you won't be disappointed. I would like to end off by saying that the day we picked up our new, used s.u.v. it was clean and full of gas. Tony didn't stop here with pleasing us and gave us the gift of filling our other vehicles tank with gas costing Tony again out of his pocket 61.00....... I've always had excellent credit until an accident broke my hip and I couldn't make the payments. After my bankruptcy I thought that I could never get credit again.
