Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the mechanics PURPOSELY SABOTAGED my vehicle. I have the before video inspection showing absolutely NOTHING wrong but after the oil change the water the mechanics PURPOSELY SABOTAGED my vehicle. I have the before video inspection showing absolutely NOTHING wrong but after the oil change the water pump “gave out” instantly I couldn’t even drive it home!!! There were grinding noises, smoke coming from under the hood, and fluids leaking out everywhere!! Had to leave the vehicle overnight so they could look at it in the morning. Spoke with the manager and after another video was sent showing miraculously the oil pump “gave out”. I have the before and after videos as proof that this mechanic purposely sabotaged my truck. My truck was perfectly fine and brought in for an oil change and 2 hours later needed thousands of dollars in repair. I will never return to this place. I will tell everyone how you scammed me and I will be reporting this to my extended warranty company as well. You are scamming customers and the warranty company and they need to do an investigation. If it was the water pump why then did the serpentine belt get replaced and charged to the warranty company??? I should also report this to the local news because what you are doing is unlawful and you should be held accountable and stopped. More

My experience with an oil change at this dealership was stressful. I had an 830 appointment and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. On my way home my car was shaking, and the acceleration was off, my car seem stressful. I had an 830 appointment and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. On my way home my car was shaking, and the acceleration was off, my car seemed as if it was going to stop. Then I noticed a light on on the dashboard which I was unsure if it was the transmission or engine. I called the service department to inform them that I was bringing my car back because it was clearly a problem. Long story short the person that worked on my car did not properly connect the air filter. I was very upset. After the first 2 1/2 hours of waiting and about 45 minutes or so to run codes and fix the problem. Also dealing with the traffic on Lagrange. I had to call off work the manager I spoke to was apologetic. And went on the service floor to figure out the problem. They should tell customers how long the wait will be. And also get experienced service people. More
