On August 25, 2023, Todd Servant fit me in for an urgent appointment to see what was wrong with my air conditioning. On August the 10th, my Rav 4 did not start. I was I Aylmer, Ontario and stuck. I was leaving the college to head to a family vacation that I had to miss for work. I was going to have Thursday night, Friday and leave back home Saturday. Well Todd went all out for my family and said he would have the vehicle looked at first thing in the AM to see if I could be able to join my family 6 hours away. Miracle came through and a battery and several fuses cured it by 10:00Am. Todd really looks after his customers and kept his word. Truly a fine gentleman and big thanks to all the hard working mechanics behind the scene. They have these complicated electronic vehicles that need constant learning and upgrading along with no government tax write offs after their apprenticeship. Big thanks to Todd, the Mechanics and Toyotatown. I will seriously consider buying our next Toyota even though we live 6 hours away. More
