He was efficient, really knowledgable about the vehicles and easy going so the experience was very comfortable. Tim was quick with the financing communication and I was in my new ride in no time. I had to bring it in for a couple quick tweaks that came up and Len in the service department was fantastic, ensuring we got everything done. The staff at Don Wheaton is the best I've seen so far in Edmonton (and I've been to a lot of dealerships). They really make me feel like me and my time is important. That's much appreciated. More

Great experience….changed my perspective on Dealerships. I've dreaded going in to dealerships for years. I usually associate it with sales guys prowling around after you which always made me just leave becau I've dreaded going in to dealerships for years. I usually associate it with sales guys prowling around after you which always made me just leave because I wasn't looking at vehicles on my terms. Or being blind sided in the finance department as the numbers suddenly are changed from what was originally discussed. But here,that was NOT the case. I found I was given my space to look around. But of course not abandoned. when I had questions, the guys were there to help whether through texting back in good time or just chatting at showroom. And as much as I tried to find something changed in the final numbers, it was all as we discussed. Tim was quite efficient and had everything ready to go, but also took the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing. I ended up with a vehicle that I didn't even know I needed, but in a good way. The sales guy, Alex in the Used Dept and some of the other guys helped me work out what I really wanted/needed and without pressure, showed me some stuff and we made a deal. I was even happy when Pete (the manager) called me and was willing to compete on the price when I found another truck which was close in price. Then when I had some difficulties with some add ons I requested, Pete once again stepped in and smoothed things over and got me what I wanted. Overall my experience was awesome considering what I was expecting. I got what I wanted, no real delays, it all went pretty smooth and I felt well informed throughout the process. Hopefully the next time around I will be able to work with them again. More

Great as Always Don Wheaton has always treated me fair. Now all my vehicles are from this dealership and it is not only because of their sales staff but because I fully trust their service department to work on my vehicles. Not once in 15 years have they tried to up-sell me a service I did not require unlike every time my wife took her vehicle in at another dealership. A special thanks to Fred whom took care of me on my new 2015 Terrain Denali. If you are looking for a new vehicle, definitely ask for Fred Nordstrom. And thanks Tim Florek for the no B.S. experience and especially for the good humour :) More
