I first emailed Don Wheaton dealership and inquired about a couple of new Chevy trucks that interested me. A very pleasant gentleman by the name of Shawn MacDougall replied to my email (and several follow-up emails as well thereafter). Shawn answered all of my questions in a timely manner - which i appreciated as some of the other dealerships took forever to respond to me (or didnt even respond at all!). I was quite bothered by this so I decided to make an appointment with Shawn and one other dealer (which I ended up cancelling). Upon my arrival Shawn knew that I wanted to test drive one of the vehicles. I was very impressed that he had the truck outside next to the sales office and started ! (It was quite cold out that day). Shawn had a no pressure approach and answered all of my questions about pricing, warranty, options, etc. I liked the fact that Shawn actually sat down with me and took the time to go through everything with me instead of sending me to the finance office and have that person go through everything. Once a deal was reached - I then was introduced to Tim (the finance consultant). Tim was also very thorough with the financial side of things . The overall experience was very positive and will definitely be taking the trip to Edmonton (from Grande Prairie) again if I want to purchase another vehicle - No matter what make). Shawn and Tim can make it happen. I strongly recommend Shawn and Tim at Don Wheaton Chevrolet! More

The salesmen (Shawn MacDougall) that I spoke with treated me respectfully, having the vehicle I wanted. A few quick questions on both our parts, a few text messages back and forth and he agreed to hold the vehicle for me to come and buy in a week and a half on my scheduled days off. (We live five and a half hours away). Jason called on our timing and arranged the payment type ahead of time. Upon arrival at the dealership, Shawn lived up to his word. We got what we were looking for, no hard up-sale, no pushy salesmen-ship, a warm conversation and a firm handshake; We had our new Buick. One and a half hours from arrival to departure with the new vehicle. Shawn, Tim and Jason you made this purchase easy. I do recommend these professionals to anyone. More

I do love my new vehicle and got really great financing but they would of saved me half the day with wasting my time on a used car.. Lucky I stuck around because with that sales person he was very nice therefore i gave him my time to show me what I really wanted but it was the wrong color so I am going to go back once again and hoping I get the car if my dreams More
