Calmed an anxious customer! Overall I was very nervous purchasing from a dealership for the first time and Jenaya did an amazing job helping me purchase the vehicle I was looking Overall I was very nervous purchasing from a dealership for the first time and Jenaya did an amazing job helping me purchase the vehicle I was looking for! I had been dreading the 'dealership experience" that I was expecting; a pushy sales person, being tricked into something I didn't want etc. Jenaya was very calm, relaxed and not the least bit pushy. She was wonderful to work with. She went over everything with me that I asked, she asked the right questions to make sure that I knew I wanted what I wanted without being pushy and some pros and cons of my chosen vehicle. Overall the experience was much better than I had expected coming into it and really appreciate everything that both Jenaya and Tim did to help me purchase my (almost) new vehicle! Thank you both! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us into the car we wanted. We were especially pleased with Ethan, our salesman. He made sure our car was ready to test drive when we arrived from out of town and that it was ready to go when we came 2 weeks later to pick it up. The little extra things like offering us a bottle of water after travelling, and even bringing my husband's forgotten wallet to the restaurant we were having dinner at were so appreciated. Tim in finance also did a great job explaining all the different warranties and letting us know he was available in the future for any questions and concerns. Thanks so much and we will be back. More
