Worth the drive We live in Camrose over an hour from Don Wheaton. The drive was well worth our time. Dileep, our sales person was amazing. He sent us everything we could possibly need or ask about about our trade in and new vehicle, by email and text. Upon our arrival he had everything ready to go. The appraisal on our vehicle was ready to be done and he had the new vehicle we where looking at ready for our test drive and consideration. Dileep took us around our new Chevrolet Traveres showed us all the options and how they worked. Due to our time restriction Dileep made sure we where on our way back home quickly. Once our new vehicle was ready to be picked up he called and let us know. I would highly recommend Dileep Menon to anyone. Polite, knowledgeable, all around nice guy. Everyone was so polite and friendly which makes what can be a very stressful experience a lot easier. Worth the wait. I went in without an appointment to look at the Volt I saw advertised. Thats when I met Jenaya. I informed her I was axtually looking for a 16 or newe I went in without an appointment to look at the Volt I saw advertised. Thats when I met Jenaya. I informed her I was axtually looking for a 16 or newer used one but can only find them in BC or Ontario. The car was out on a service loan but the Service manager showed me his Voly and answered a lot of questions. I left with an appointment to test drive the Volt upon its return. It didnt return while I was waiting someone bought it but they were bringing in a new and used one(about 2.5 weeks from my first visit). Then the new one was in I scheduled an appointment to test drive it but was interested in the used one. When we showed up another sales person had taken the car out for a test drive with someone else and we had to wait for them to return. When we returned from our test drive we started to discuss price on the used one being brought in from Ontario. Jenaya went to discuss the price and was informed that the person we had to wait for already put a deposite on it while we were out for our test drive. In my opinion that wasnt very professional of the other sales person and frustrated us. This had us considering dealing with somewhere else or traveling to get the car. Within a day or so Jenaya informed me that they found another one to bring in if I was interested. Within 2 weeks I got to go and see it, test drive and buy it. It has now been over a week and I am loving the car! In the end Jenaya got the car I wanted for a decent price. She was great to work with, knowledgeable and answered our questions or found the answers. There wasnt any bargaining or haggling. The only awkward part of the formal paperwork part was Tim trying hard to get us to buy the paint coating after we said no a couple times already. More
