Tim was courteous and helpful. Had the vehicle started with the AC running when I showed up for the test drive. After photo coping my license, he handed me the keys for the test drive and he went back in with the AC running when I showed up for the test drive. After photo coping my license, he handed me the keys for the test drive and he went back inside. You don't get that from any other dealership in the area. Usually, the salesperson insists on going along for the test drive. I appreciated this. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, Tim was waiting for me and the time in and out of the dealership was minimum. As a cash customer, I really appreciated the efficiency once I decided to buy the vehicle. I believe my total time in and out to complete the paperwork was around 20 minutes. Very impressive. More
