When I came last year, I was given the option to be ubered to a coffee shop. Also, I felt like last year was better for my oil change. A worker called me and wrote a list of upcoming things my car woul ubered to a coffee shop. Also, I felt like last year was better for my oil change. A worker called me and wrote a list of upcoming things my car would need plus the cost. This time, I was told there weren’t any “recommendations”, and I was good to go. It made me wonder if they actually looked at my car or just changed the oil and left. I usually drive from Buckhead to come here because I trust them and I can be taken to a coffee shop. The far worse buying experience that I've experience. 3 weeks after signing the sale, and about to make my first payment, I still have a non working vehicle sitting in my garage. Many promises to call me back never happen, and I keep receiving conflicting information from different individuals. Bowen our salesperson did such a great job helping us, but he got the rest of the team ruin all his efforts. Worst service overall. More

I hate buying cars and I hate dealing with car dealers but this was truly a pleasure. I bought a 2023 Ford F150 Lariat and was very happy with my sales person Jay and with the finance man Thomas. I found my Jeep Gladiator online and after I made an inquiry, Jim Miller reached out to me and we began the process of putting the deal together. I am from out of state so Jim worked with me to try to f inquiry, Jim Miller reached out to me and we began the process of putting the deal together. I am from out of state so Jim worked with me to try to figure out ways, such as rentals, to try and get to ATL the cheapest and most effective way to take delivery. The online agreement minimized the pain associated with vehicle purchases. Thomas and Jim worked with me to ensure that I understood all aspects of the transaction. When I arrived at the dealership Jim and I drove my gladiator and Jim explained all of the features and characteristics plainly and clearly. Afterwards we returned to the dealership and the final paperwork couldn't have taken more than about 10-15 minutes and I was able to be on my way with my Jeep. The efficiency, expertise, and professionalism exhibited by Jim and Thomas are a tribute to the over-all character of Jim Palmer DCJR. I would certainly buy from your organization again and would encourage others to do the same. More
