just went to check the Acadia out and somehow ended up ordering one. Terry was super super helpful without being pushy & Fred just put the bow on the pkg. While Terry was at his appt, Trevor was pinch hitter and "A+" to him. Very very impressed with how efficient everyone is and the whole dealerhship runs like butter. So far we are very happy with this dealership. It was definitely worth the 3 hr drive. If this keeps up, we could start a dealer romance. And we usually don't do reviews but when you encounter superb service & personable people (which is rare these days), they should be bragged about. Tip to readers: Check them out. More

Derek was great throughout all aspects of the buying process. Very friendly and courteous, awesome to deal with. Terry was a great substitute when we came in and Derek was unavailable. We were extremely impressed with their customer service which greatlly exceeded our expectations, they both went above and beyond, Thank-you guys. Matt made the business end of it quick and painless. I think we got a good price, don't know if we got a great price because I don't know what a dealerships profit margin looks like. We're happy with the purchase though. Only reason they got a "Good" on the quality of work was because of the less than perfect job in the auto spa. It was sent to be detailed before we picked it up, but there are still pop drools down the side of the middle console and the windows are still filmy/streaky. Minor details, but coudn't give it a "Great". More
