I always trust my car to the Klaben team. This last trip in they noticed I had a dangerously damaged ball joint and wasted no time to let me know. I’ll tell you what… if Shelby was at Jurassic Park back in 1993, those dinosaurs surely wouldn’t have gotten out. I have purchased two trucks from Klaben over the past seven years and they have always treated me as a valued client. After my first truck purchase, Mike Brandvold was assigned to me as my tech rep. I seven years and they have always treated me as a valued client. After my first truck purchase, Mike Brandvold was assigned to me as my tech rep. I have written many reviews in the past for Mike because of his friendliness, knowledge, and the fact that he won’t give up until an issue is remedied. My recent visit was no exception as I kept experiencing a vibration from the front end and it was difficult to pin down. Happy to say that Mike and his troubleshooting team took the extra time and chased down the problem and now my truck feels good as new! Special shout out to Steve Sigmund who helped chase down this problem! Others might have given up but not Mike. He is the main reason I continue to be a Klaben customer! Nice work Mike! More
