Amazing Experience with Stephanie! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lexus of London, particularly with Stephanie. I’m a young female and was buying my first car. F I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lexus of London, particularly with Stephanie. I’m a young female and was buying my first car. From the first point of contact Stephanie was incredibly on the ball, friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions despite the fact that I was buying a used Mazda from a Lexus dealership. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and it gave me some reassurance to be buying a vehicle from another young female. After my test drive, Stephanie went over all the things I should consider in a truly unbiased way and provided me with lots of information that allowed me to make an informed decision. I truly felt that Stephanie was there to help me, and her main objective was that I got what was best for me, not that she made the sale regardless of what I needed. Stephanie is not only incredibly trustworthy, but clearly cares about her clients and what they need. I came into the dealership with a budget and she worked incredibly hard to help me walk out of the dealership BELOW budget. I told her what my budget was and she came in with a final number below what I was asking for! Stephanie went above and beyond on all occasions, making sure she was accessible by text if I had any questions, picking me up and dropping me off from home since I was currently without a car, and even went so far as to purchase me some beautiful flowers on the day I came in to pick up the vehicle since it was my birthday in 2 days. As for the dealership itself, I was thrilled at the attention to detail they put into making sure the car was safe, and up to their standards. They did all the running around for me and took care of my licensing and getting my new plates. Stephanie and Lexus of London made buying a car a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic experience. More
