Two people with whom we dealt deserve special mention: our sales specialist Ms. Dominika Wajda and assistant service manager Sid Amalsadvala. They made our car buying experience the smoothest ever. Dominika with her most pleasant patient demeanour and excellent product knowledge. It helped us select the right car in our price range. When you are moving up from $30,000 - $35000 range to the $50,000 - $60,000 range she is the type of representative you want to encounter. She is a rising star and will always be our rep. It was a birthday gift to my wife and Dominika made it happen big time with this huge red bow sitting on the car when we arrived to pick it up etc etc. Sid helped me with a small issue I had (my fault). What bears out from this experience with him is the absolute honesty, integrity and helpfulnessI he demonstrated with during this worrisome-for-me issue, again caused by me. Not only was the problem dealt with smoothly and to my greatest satisfaction but rather promptly as well. While there I met a lady who was picking up a $95,000 sports car, it was her 12th year doing business with Erin Park. Overall , a great experience and I would heartily recommend them. I have waited too long to write a review but this one is based on numerous contacts with this dealership and the people here so I will make up for it. Norman Karkada has been wonderful and fair in dealings on each sale (three) and I appreciate his advice and assistance. Sid Amalsadvala should be teaching customer service at Lexus University. His attention is always focused on me when I am there. My wife remarks that I am like a VIP in this dealership but the truth is I know they treat everyone that way! Scott Bertrand, Paul Machado, and Ryan Sheehey have consistently dealt with me with kindness and efficiency. They know I have to get to work and they simply make it easy for me. I have also had good service from Carly Tam but less contact with her. I recently moved and I now drive 50 km to get my car serviced here. This is simply a top notch dealership. Simply put, you will be treated properly here. If you are in the market for a Lexus this is the place to come. More
