Greg Brooks is an amazing salesman always knows exactly what we want and he gets it. He's always been there for us over the past 5 yrs of dealing with ford. Greg always get's back to us no matter what stupid questions we have. We have been to a couple dealerships for service over the past 5 yrs out of convenience but never again. What If? So what if you get all excited and purchase a car that maybe isn't the best fit (later on)? So now you're a bit older and the "Sporty" car just isn't So what if you get all excited and purchase a car that maybe isn't the best fit (later on)? So now you're a bit older and the "Sporty" car just isn't quite right. What do you do when the last year's sporty model isn't worth what you need it to be worth as a trade-in? You could call it "a mistake" and move on OR you could visit Rob Elrick at Barrie Ford and ask for help. This was the "buying experience" of all time! Rob came through with flying colours - again! I am now firmly in the right car that "fits" my age and my daily driving needs PERFECTLY!! My wife can drive it too - a real plus for the both of us. I really can't say enough about the team that took care of us. It took most of the sales management team (I think) but together they worked through every single one of my requests. It turns out I am not an easy customer now - if I ever was. THANK YOU hardly seems enough, so let me invite anyone who reads this to check out Barrie Ford for yourself. He doesn't over or undersell but meets the customers requests and needs. He is honest and trustworthy. Qualities that I highly respect in a a salesperson. I went in looking at a used F-150 and walked out with a new 2016 F-150, taking full advantage of all the great deals through Ford Canada and Barrie Ford. The plus experience when the year end bonus cash was raised by Ford Canada approximately two days after we finalized the purchase. I approached the Team and they were able to provide a cheque to me to compensate the additional year end bonus cash!!
