Customer service that goes on and on! Shawn is great! Although I didn’t originally purchase my Tiguan from him he has gone above and beyond for me anytime I have a question or concern with Shawn is great! I was very impressed by his his positive attitude and his knowledge on VW, even though he is very new. We had a small communication issue which was dealt with efficiently and professionally by both Shawn and Darcy and they were able to get me into my dream vehicle.
