We had been searching in our hometown for a vehicle and we were turned off by the attitudes of the sales Our experience at Toyotatown was top notch. We called and booked an appointment with Shawn and he was waiting for us when we arrived. Our goal was to make a purchase that day, but to be honest we had planned to go to other dealerships. Shawn's product knowledge and attentiveness kept us at this dealership. His playful manner and sense of humour had us in stitches all morning! Andre in finance was very knowledgable and polite and very easy to deal with. On the day of vehicle pick up, Shawn was again waiting for us with paperwork in order and provided a very thorough vehicle exam and helped set up some key features before we left. Very Happy!! I received an email from Shawn a week ago congratulating me on my Corolla anniversary and we connected to discuss getting into a RAV4.
