He was very well informed regarding all aspects of the 2019 Rav4 and provided answers to all our questions. He walked us through all the steps required for the purchase of this vehicle, including a test drive and in-vehicle instructions on all the new features. I have no doubt when it's time to trade in in 2023 (or thereabouts) we will be going to Shawn for our needs. Regarding the financing of the new Rav4 we were introduced to Janine who made us feel very comfortable and she was very friendly and professional. More

Shawn our Sales Representative was professional, courteous and took the time to explain each step throughout our vehicle purchase. The time we walked in to the purchase of our first Toyota, Shawn ensured our needs and questions were answered. He took the time to explain our vehicle options and set up prior to our departure complete with follow up to see if we had further questions.
