Toyota makes the best products and Shawn represents the Toyota brand very well. He is very knowledgeable of the product and no pressure sales rep.. We purchased a new Highlander and he spent a lot of time (Over and hour and one half on a Friday night! ) explaining modern electronic functions to a couple who appreciated his time. We highly recommend Shawn and Toyota. Also, Andre in Finance was very easy to work with. He explained all options that were available to us in a very polite and efficient way. No pressure to purchase anything we did not want. The admin staff offered us cold drinks and coffee/tea during our time in the dealership. All in all a very nice experience and a great vehicle. More
