invoice issue I just meet with the service manager today to go over a bill for the 50000kms service. I noticed that the invoice seemed to have overbilled me for th I just meet with the service manager today to go over a bill for the 50000kms service. I noticed that the invoice seemed to have overbilled me for three hours worth of labour. Once I pointed this out to Shane, he apologized for the error and refunded me the full three hours. Shane wanted to demonstrate his approach to customer service and take care of the matter quickly and with a future service coupon to boot! Class act! I will continue to use Grimsby Chrysler to service my Ram Ecodiesel in the futre. More
